Huddling-up

What's with huddling up every day, every time?

...a curious agent once asked me. My response?

We're into sales, teleselling to be exact, and we have to work like a basketball team. I'm your coach, and you are all my players. To win the game we must strategize - we talk about the previous game and what to look forward to in this game, praise those who did well and encourage those who did not, discuss offense and defense, and push everyone to work as a team and that as a team we can definitely make it. We shake hands, we clap, cheer, sometimes hug. We huddle up because we want to start the day right, and everyone knows what to do, and that we're one in thinking the game is ours and we are winners.
