Neck-breaking office cold

I thought it's only me and my paranoia of high blood pressure, but I (and most of my agents) have been getting daily dose of neck and back pains--airconditioning in the office is horrifyingly winter cold--reminds me of Uruguay's people-sweeping winter winds.
