2nd Annual Call Center Training Conference

I'll be at the 2nd Annual Call Center Training Conference by TeleDevelopment Services (the first one I missed last year) tomorrow until Wednesday at the Renaissance Hotel in Makati. Hoping to bump into former colleagues and learn new training and people development strategies.
