First taste of Muslim food - Ja

One of my new agents, who happens to be Chinese but is Islam, had me taste what they call 'Ja' or 'kinulot' in Tagalog.

It tasted like fried noodles only it's sweet.

I finished a roll, while the rest were gobbled down by agents who were more curious than me.
